Er wurde von den Architekten Rafael L\u00f3pez und Daniel Conesa entworfen. Es handelt sich um ein sehr modernes Geb\u00e4ude mit gro\u00dfartigen Einrichtungen, darunter zwei unterirdische Parkebenen.
