42ª Fair of the Dos Hermanas Book
Dos Hermanas celebrates its 42nd Book Fair with a new location, a unique enclave in the City of Knowledge by the Lake of Life in Entrenúcleos.
With renewed stands and an intense cultural programme designed to bring literature closer to all audiences. Activities to be enjoyed individually and collectively, both with family and friends, with parades, singing games, storytelling, music concerts, workshops, book signings, games and literary encounters with renowned authors, etc.
These include:
- Meeting with Susana Martín GijónThe author will present her new novel The Captain.
- Meeting with Ana Punsetthe renowned author and creator of the Unicornia Children's Saga.
- Poetic Gymkhana "From rhyme to rhyme the runway approaches". by the renowned artist Alejandra Vanessa.
- Vocal jazz concert Danzad Malditas who will provide the musical note.
- Illustration Workshop and comic creation, with Alberto Rey.
In addition, the fair will include the participation of Dos Hermanas bookshops such as Librería Valme, Rara Avis, Alfilbe and independent publishers such as Maclein and Parker, Hojas de Hierba, Platero CoolBooks, Ediciones Avelán, and CDO Sevillareinforcing our city's commitment to the promotion of reading and support for the book sector.
Stall opening hours from 10:30 to 14:00h. and from 17:30 to 20:30h.
It will take place on 3, 4 and 5 October 2025 organised by the Delegación de Cultura del Excmo. Ayuntamiento de Dos Hermanas, through the Municipal Libraries Pedro Laín Entralgo y Miguel Delibes-Montequinto.
