Dos Hermanas Congress Office
The Congress Office of Dos Hermanas Town Hall is a department specialised in promoting and developing this type of tourism in our city, within the Department of Tourism in the Delegation of Economic Promotion and Innovation.
This Convention Bureau is currently in the process of being admitted to the Spain Convention Bureau (SCB) and we hope to be an official member by the middle of 2025. The SCB is a specialised section of the FEMP.
Dos Hermanas has favourable qualities to be chosen as a meeting destination, as it has an exceptional climate, availability of meeting rooms, tourist facilities and a hospitable and professional treatment.
It is a city with an excellent quality of life and different leisure opportunities.
The Congress Office provides objective and complete information about the facilities and services to the organisers of these events, supports the dissemination of the meeting, provides tourist documentation of the city, offers guided tours to congress participants and accompanying persons and provides general information about the calendar of festive, cultural, sporting and leisure events on the dates of the meeting.

Exhibition Centre
Dos Hermanas has positioned itself as a cultural and business reference with the inauguration of the new Exhibition and Conference Centre.
With an avant-garde architecture and equipped with the latest technologies, the Palace will offer versatile and functional spaces to adapt to the needs of any type of event. Its four pavilions, linked by a landscaped central boulevard, will host everything from business conferences to art exhibitions, making it a meeting point for professionals, business people, groups, etc. and the general public.
The iconic Landmark Towers, located at the main entrance, will become the symbol of this new complex, offering a modern and dynamic image of the city. In addition, the Palace will have spacious common areas, restaurant areas and parking, ensuring a comfortable and efficient experience for all visitors.
The inauguration of the Exhibition and Conference Centre represents a milestone in the development of Dos Hermanas, consolidating its position as an attractive destination for investment and major events. It is expected that this new space will generate an important economic and social impact, creating employment and promoting tourism.
Each pavilion sits on a plot of 6,282 m2, surrounded by 8 m. perimeter pavements and 15 m. wide avenues, with a 24 m. wide landscaped central boulevard perpendicular to Avda. de las Universidades, from where the main entrances to the pavilions are planned. The standard building is an open-plan container, with a free space of 42.5 m x 104 m and a free height of 8.5 m. It has four pedestrian accesses, one on each side, and one of them allows the passage of vehicles with 5 m clearances, however, for special events it can remain open on all its exterior sides by means of large pivoting metal gates; externally it generates a volume on the scale of a city with a height of 12 m. This large open-plan space is surrounded by a lower area with a free height of 3.60 m. as a covered perimeter atrium, where the toilets, facilities and possible support areas for any event (ticket offices, cloakrooms, rest areas and cafés, etc.) are located; externally it generates a more pedestrian scale.
