Terrestrial
Part of the Metropolitan Region of Seville, it is located 14 kilometres from the centre of the Andalusian capital. The municipality is crossed by several roads:
- Autovía del Sur A-4, which then continues as the old national road N-IV.
from the start of the AP-4, between KP 550 and 562. - Southern motorway AP-4 (Dos Hermanas-Puerto Real), linking Seville with Cadiz.
- SE30 and SE40 ring roads, connecting both to the rest of the metropolitan area of Seville.
- Regional motorway A-392 (Dos Hermanas-Alcalá de Guadaíra) which allows communication with Alcalá de Guadaíra.
- National road A-376 Sevilla-Dos Hermanas-Utrera.
- Regional road A-8032 (Bellavista-Dos Hermanas) which allows communication with the Bellavista district of Seville.

Dos Hermanas is strategically located 19 km from Seville Airport, one of the main air hubs in Andalusia. From this airport, direct connections are offered to numerous national and international destinations, facilitating the arrival of exhibitors/organisers and visitors from all over the world.

Transport and communications
Railways
The municipality has two railway stations: Dos Hermanas and Cantaelgallo, included in the C1 line of Cercanías de Sevilla, with an intense railway traffic.
Dos Hermanas station is also a stop for all conventional gauge Media Distancia trains between Seville and Cadiz and between Seville and Malaga. These circumstances make this municipality one of the most densely populated in Spain.

The new Casilla de los Pinos station, next to the Palacio de Exposiciones, will be located at track level, will be modular and will have an architectural image representative of railway use to make it an identifiable landmark in the city.
