Inland Public Transport
The city has an extensive public transport network, which includes Line 1 of the Seville Metro, with 4 stops in the municipality itself, the specific line of the Metrobus, which starts at the last station of Line 1 of the Seville Metro: Olivar de Quintos, in Montequinto. From there, it crosses different neighbourhoods of the municipality (such as the Entrenúcleos district and Avenida 4 de diciembre) until it reaches Las Torres. The bus runs every 15 minutes throughout the day.
Furthermore, Dos Hermanas is integrated in the Seville Transport Consortium (M130/M133), which allows visitors to travel easily to other towns in the region.

Railways
The municipality has two railway stations: Dos Hermanas and Cantaelgallo, included in the C1 line of Cercanías de Sevilla, with an intense railway traffic.
Dos Hermanas station is also a stop for all conventional gauge Media Distancia trains between Seville and Cadiz and between Seville and Malaga. These circumstances make this municipality one of the busiest in Andalusia.
The new Casilla de los Pinos station, next to the Palacio de Exposiciones, will be located at track level, will be modular and will have an architectural image representative of railway use to make it an identifiable landmark in the city.
