WORLD ENVIRONMENT DAY AT THE FUENTE DEL REY LAGOON WITH TWO FREE BIRDWATCHING ROUTES<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The activities to be developed on 7 June<\/strong> are organised by Dos Hermanas Town Council together with SEO\/BirdLife with the aim of promoting knowledge of the diversity of the fauna and flora of this natural enclave in Nazareth.<\/p>\n

The following will be organised two free ornithological routes<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>to raise awareness of the richness of the bird life of the L<\/strong>a<\/em>guna de Fuente del Rey<\/strong><\/em><\/a>The wetland is a unique and ecologically important wetland.<\/p>\n

Both routes, of approximately\u00a0one hour duration<\/strong><\/em>will be held on\u00a0Saturday 7 June<\/strong><\/em>with a guided tour led by an SEO\/BirdLife expert<\/strong> along the trails of the lagoon, with stops at different observatories to enjoy birdwatching. The first route will start at\u00a09.30 a.m.<\/strong><\/em>and the second, at\u00a010:30 a.m.<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

Interested persons should register free of charge by sending an e-mail to\u00a0seo-sevilla@seo.org<\/strong>as places are limited.<\/em><\/p>\n

Dos Hermanas Town Council continues its commitment to the revitalisation and promotion of the Fuente del Rey Lagoon, not only as a symbol of the municipality's identity, but also as a reference in environmental education. This natural space allows the\u00a0sightings of more than 100 bird species<\/strong><\/em>\u00a0throughout the year, thus highlighting the importance of the wetlands as vital ecosystems for biodiversity and climate change mitigation.<\/strong><\/p>\n
