\"\ud83d\udcda\"<\/span>\u00a0The Book Fair is organising three days packed with activities

\"\u27a1\ufe0f\"<\/span>\u00a0The Dos Hermanas Book Fair will be holding its 43rd edition<\/strong> the days 2, 3 and 4 October<\/strong> in the City of Knowledge, Entren\u00facleos<\/strong>, featuring 10 stalls run by bookshops and publishers, and a programme designed to let the whole family enjoy literature.\u00a0

\"\ud83c\udfa8\"<\/span>\u00a0The poster for this year\u2019s event was designed by local illustrator Luc\u00eda Romero, who has linked the tiles on the benches in the Plaza de la Constituci\u00f3n \u2013 known as \u2018Los Jardines\u2019 \u2013 with the landscape of olive trees in Entren\u00facleos, whilst an open book features verses from \u2018Blood Wedding\u2019 as a tribute to Federico Garc\u00eda Lorca on the 90th anniversary of his death.

\"\ud83c\udfad\"<\/span>\u00a0Friday 2<\/strong><\/p>\n

The marquees will open at 5.30 pm, and at 6.00 pm the children\u2019s parade<\/strong> \u2018Princess Stories\u2019 by Isolandia Animaciones, at 7.00 pm, will be the meeting and signing<\/strong> with Pedro Ma\u00f1as<\/strong> and at 8.00 pm with Pablo Rivero.<\/strong>

\"\ud83c\udfb2\"<\/span> Saturday the 3rd<\/strong><\/p>\n

From 11.00 am with a Children\u2019s Literary Gymkhana<\/strong> For children aged 5 and over, a meet-and-greet with Luc\u00eda Solla Sobral will take place at 12.30 pm, and in the evening at 6.00 pm there will be a family show featuring \u2018Luigi Ludus\u2019, the Magician of Books<\/strong> and a Romantasy workshop<\/strong>, with limited places and advance registration at biblioteca@doshermanas.es<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

At 7.00 pm, the Meet-and-greet and book signing with Cherry Chic<\/strong>, a leading figure in contemporary romance fiction, whilst at 8.00 pm the Santa Ana Marching Band<\/strong> Dos Hermanas will offer a candlelit concert<\/strong> featuring songs by ABBA and soundtracks such as *Lawrence of Arabia* and *Game of Thrones*.<\/em>

\"\ud83d\udcd6\"<\/span>\u00a0Sunday 4th<\/strong><\/p>\n

At 11.30 am, we will have a meeting with Javi Padilla<\/strong>, author of the the \u2018Mara Turing\u2019 young adult series<\/strong>\u2018. Subsequently, at 12.30 pm, there will be a round-table discussion on Historical Novel<\/strong> with Inma Aguilera<\/strong>, author of \u2018The Lady of La Cartuja\u2019, \u2018The Painter of Light\u2019 and \u2018The Jeweller\u2019s Daughter\u2019,<\/em> y Andrea D. Morales<\/strong>, author of \u2018The Bastard Duchess\u2019 and \u2018The Lady of the Jewish Quarter\u2019.<\/em><\/p>\n

In addition to We Play as a Family<\/strong>, a space for outdoor games and activities.<\/p>\n
