The gastronomic festival, held in the Parque Lago de la Vida in Entren\u00facleos, brought together a good number of the city's main establishments and awarded prizes for the best local tapas and desserts.<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The gastronomic festival\u00a0EntreTapas<\/strong><\/em>held this past weekend at the Lake of Life Park<\/strong><\/em> of Dos Hermanas, has closed its first edition with a more than positive balance. During the event, more than 10,000 people enjoyed a wide range of gastronomy, musical performances and activities in a festive and family atmosphere that has turned the city into an important event for the local community. a benchmark for gastronomic tourism in Andalusia<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

Organised by the Sevillian Academy of Gastronomy and Tourism<\/strong> and the Seville and Province Hotel and Catering Association<\/strong>and sponsored by the Dos Hermanas Town Council<\/strong> through the Major Cities Tourism Plan<\/strong><\/em>EntreTapas has brought together 12 outstanding local establishments, which have competed in the categories of best tapa and best dessert<\/strong><\/em>with prizes awarded by both the professional jury and the public. During the three days of the gastronomic festival, the following were sampled more than 20,000 tapas and desserts<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

The combination of high quality tapas, live music and the unique setting of the Parque Lago de la Vida has made EntreTapas an essential event for local residents and visitors. With this initiative, Dos Hermanas reaffirms its commitment to continue to promote the gastronomic tourism as an engine of economic and social growth<\/strong><\/em>.<\/p>\n

The Deputy Mayor Delegate for Economic Promotion and Innovation<\/strong> of the Dos Hermanas Town Council, Carmen Gil Ortega<\/strong>The first edition of the event: \"EntreTapas has demonstrated the enormous potential that Dos Hermanas has as a gastronomic and tourist destination. With events like this we stimulate economic activity, boost the hospitality sector and show the talent and quality of our establishments to the outside world. The massive response from the public encourages us to continue supporting initiatives that reinforce the identity and cultural richness of our city\".<\/em><\/p>\n

EntreTapas 2025 Winners<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The professional jury awarded the Best Tapa Award<\/strong><\/em> at the plate \"Donut with poutine<\/strong>of the Cinema Restaurant<\/strong><\/em>and the prize for the Best Dessert<\/strong><\/em> to the \"Tres leches cake<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>from Restaurant El Aguador de Montequinto<\/strong><\/em>. In addition, the jury awarded special mentions to the \"Chicharrones\" (greaves)<\/em><\/strong>of Bodeguita El Rey del Chicharr\u00f3n (The King of Chicharr\u00f3n)<\/strong> and the \"Cabrillas\".<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>from Casa Pedro<\/strong>in recognition of its quality.<\/p>\n

For their part, the voting public awarded the Best Tapa to the \"Nazarene Paella\".<\/em><\/strong>,\u00a0<\/strong>from The<\/strong> Torrijada<\/strong>and as Best Dessert to the \"Torrija de pan brioche with toffee caramel\".<\/strong>, <\/em>of the same establishment.<\/p>\n

Training and tourism: a commitment to the future<\/strong><\/h4>\n

In addition, on Sunday, the Delegate Carmen Gil and \u00c1ngel Utrera, founder of Catering Utrera<\/strong>The diplomas were presented to the more than 40 students who have successfully completed the training itinerary. \"Basic Room Services in Catering\".<\/strong><\/em>The training is part of the training provided for in the Two Sister Cities Tourism Plan for Large Cities<\/strong><\/em>The new programme is a firm commitment to improving professional qualifications in the sector.<\/p>\n
